About Our Shop in Chipping Norton
Q: Where is your shop located?
A: Our shop is located in the lovely market town of Chipping Norton, in the heart of the Cotswolds. You’ll find us at Unit 8, Worcester Road, Trading Park, Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, OX7 5XW, with convenient customer parking immediately outside the shop.
Q: What are your opening hours?
A: We’re open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Saturdays 10:00 am-2:00pm. We’re closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Q: Do I need an appointment to visit?
A: You’re always welcome to pop in! However, if you’d like a colour consultation or interior design appointment, we recommend booking in advance to ensure we can give you dedicated time and advice.
Paints & Colour Advice
Q: Which paint brands do you stock?
A: We’re proud to be an official stockist of premium paint brands including Farrow & Ball, Little Greene, Earthborn, Paint & Paper Library, and Annie Sloan.
Q: Can I buy paint directly from your shop?
A: Yes — We are licensed producers of Farrow & Ball paint, allowing us to tint to order - same day - in any colour and finish, including archive and limited-edition ranges. When we tint your paint in-store, we use the same precise blend of high-quality ingredients found in every Farrow & Ball ready-mixed finish.
The same exceptional service applies to Little Greene and Paint & Paper Library paints, which we can also tint to your chosen colour and finish with expert precision.

Q: Do you have sample pots or colour cards?
A: Absolutely. We provide sample pots and colour cards from all our brands so you can test shades at home before making your final choice.
Q: Do you offer colour advice or home visits?
A: Yes. Our experienced team provides expert colour consultancy in-store and at home, helping you select the perfect palette to suit your space and lighting.

Q: What's your return policy on paint?
A: Unfortunately, as all paints are tinted to order we cannot accept cancellations or returns.

Q: Do you make bespoke curtains & blinds?
A: Yes — we offer a made-to-measure service for curtains, Roman blinds, and other window treatments, all hand-finished to your specifications.
Q: What fabrics do you stock?
A: We carry a wide range of designer fabrics, from timeless neutrals to bold contemporary prints, perfect for curtains, blinds, and upholstery. You can browse fabric books in-store or request samples to view at home.
Q: How does your curtain & blind service work?
A: We start with a personal consultation to help you choose fabrics, take accurate measurements, and provide a quote. Once confirmed, our skilled makers produce your bespoke items — typically ready in 4–6 weeks.

Q: Do you offer an Interior Design service?
A: Yes — our interior design service is available for homes in and around Chipping Norton and throughout the Cotswolds. From single-room updates to full home redesigns, we’ll guide you through colour schemes, layouts, lighting, fabrics, and furniture selection.

A: Our typical lead time is 4–6 weeks from the date of order to installation, depending on fabric choice and workload.
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes — most of our furniture and accessories are available for immediate purchase, or we can order alternative finishes and sizes to suit your home.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments in store.
Q: Can I order online?
A: You are able to browse products that we have in our showroom online however should you wish to purchase something you will need to do so over the telephone. You can contact us on 01608 646 400 to check stock, place an order and organise delivery.
